Take Denver +6.5 at home to the NYG. The home team in this series is 6/1 SU the last seven times they've met. The Giants are heading home after this road game, playing Dallas and Philly next. The G'Men could get caught looking ahead and on a short week, had to travel. They will also be without stud RB Ahmad Bradshaw. I look for Denver to break their four game losing streak and win outright. Prediction Denver 24, NYG 20.

Take Oakland +14 at Dallas. Dallas can't score lately and Oakland is 3-0 SU lifetime at Dallas. Bruce Gradkowski at QB has sparked "Da Raiders" as proven by beating the first place Bengals last week. Prediction Dallas 24, Oakland 17.

For 1/2 normal wager or so, take GB-11 and consider GB/DET over 46. Aaron Rodgers should carve up Detroit's defense just like Brady Quinn did last week and get 30+ points. GB's defense took a big hit to their defense, losing Al Harris (starting DB) and Aaron Kampman (starting LB/DE). Tough break (and my one area of concern about the Over play) is the health of Detroit QB Matthew Stafford, their rookie who threw the game winning td last week (and fifth of the day) with a separated shoulder. Detroit should be able to score some but will put up a bit of a fight, riding the momentum from last week's win. Prediction GB 34, Detroit 17.
