misterfootballfanatic.blogspot.com went 3-1 ATS on College plays yesterday, and the starting QB of the loser (NW+17)got knocked out of the game late in the first half and NW led 13-10 at halftime.
Hope everyone had a safe and profitable Halloween!
On to today's NFL selections, please see below;
Take SF+14 at Indy. The Colts are 6-14 ATS the last 20 times they played NFC West teams. Alex Smith seems to have sparked SF's offense and they should play well enough to at least cover the spread with that improved defense they have. Indy is due not to cover the spread, having covered the last five. Prediction Indy 27, SF 20.
Take STL +3.5 at Detroit. When analyzing the Ram's schedule, this is by far their best shot for a win. They play at Tennessee on 12/13/09 but that won't be easy. Look for the Rams to win outright today with Stafford coming back from injury and being a little rusty. Prediction STL 20, DET 17.
Take BAL -3 at home vs. Denver. Baltimore has lost three in a row and is coming off a bye, so they had two weeks to prepare for Denver and be pissed about the losses. The Ravens are 5-1 ATS the last six vs. the Broncos and 6-1 ATS the last 7 off a bye. Denver has not only won every game this year (who woulda thunk it?) but they have also covered every game. I see both several reasons to take Baltimore. Prediction BAL 24, DEN 17.
Take CAR +10 at Arizona. Carolina is 3-0 SU all time at Arizona, and The Cardinals are coming off an emotional prime time win at NYG last week. Look for Carolina, playing to stay alive in the Wild Card hunt and for Delhomme to try to keep his job, to come out hot and win outright! Prediction CAR 23, ARI 20.
